Common PS4 Repairs Options

So what are the options if you need to get your console repaired? Well, you have several options. Let’s take a look:

Sony Repair Center

If your device is still under warranty then the best option would be to send it in to Sony for warranty repairs. There are several exceptions to this, however. If you have already removed the warranty stickers then Sony will charge for any repairs and in some cases probably will not accept the console at all. Also, if your device is infested with roaches, ants, or any other bug then it will not be covered under the Sony warranty.

Local Repair Shop

This is a great option if you have a local repair shop that is experienced with the repair that is needed. Just be very careful and make sure that any place you take your console has experience with that device.
